For President Obama's final address to the nation from Chicago, Michelle wore an elegant black flowing dress with a sheer, lace-patterned overlay and full-length sleeves. The dress is designed by Jason Wu, who also created Mrs. Obama's gown for the 2009 Inaugural Ball.
